1. Scope and who we are
Sayge Inc. ("Sayge," "we," "us," or "our") is a Delaware corporation that provides AI-native market research, human insight and audience simulation services. This Policy applies to our website at www.sayge.pro and the related platforms, research engagements, communications and services that link to it (collectively, the "Services").
In some client engagements, Sayge processes information on behalf of a business customer. In those cases, the customer's agreement with Sayge and its own privacy notice may also apply. This Policy does not cover third-party websites, products or services that we do not control.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
We may collect information that you or your organization provide directly, including:
- Business and contact information, such as your name, work email address, company, role and telephone number.
- Communications, demo or waitlist requests, feedback, support inquiries and other correspondence.
- Research and project materials, such as briefs, target-audience criteria, concepts, advertisements, product materials, survey or interview responses, and other content submitted for an engagement.
- Professional information and application materials if you inquire about a role with Sayge.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically receive:
- Device and network information, including IP address, browser type, operating system and device identifiers.
- Usage and log information, including pages viewed, referring pages, timestamps, interactions and diagnostic events.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address.
- Cookie and preference information, including your selected language and information needed for security or session functionality.
Information from clients, partners and public sources
To provide market research and develop audience simulations, we may receive or derive information from:
- Business customers, research partners and other organizations that lawfully provide information for a project.
- Publicly available sources, such as public web pages, public profiles, public posts and other information made available to the general public.
- Commercial data providers or service providers, subject to their terms and applicable law.
- Inferences, classifications and modeled attributes derived from the information above, such as potential interests, audience segments or likely responses.
3. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services.
- Respond to inquiries, arrange demos and manage customer or partner relationships.
- Design and deliver research projects, define audience segments, run simulations and prepare analyses and recommendations.
- Build, evaluate, validate and improve Live AI Agents, audience models and related research methods.
- Personalize language and other functional preferences.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot problems and protect the security and integrity of our Services.
- Prevent fraud, misuse and violations of our agreements or policies.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We may aggregate, deidentify or anonymize information and use it for research, analytics, service improvement and other lawful business purposes. We take reasonable steps designed to prevent deidentified information from being associated with an identifiable individual.
4. Research and Live AI Agents
Sayge uses Live AI Agents as AI-powered respondents to model how defined audiences may understand, choose and react. Depending on the engagement, a Live AI Agent may be informed by public behavioral signals, audience attributes, information supplied by a client, research responses, or modeled inferences.
Our ordinary client deliverables are designed to provide audience-level research findings, modeled responses and decision support. The Services are intended for research and business planning, not for Sayge to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about an individual.
Publicly available information can remain personal information under some laws and may be excluded from the definition under others. We handle it in accordance with applicable law, contractual restrictions and the purposes described in this Policy.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose the categories of information described above to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:
- Service providers that support hosting, cloud storage, database operations, security, communications, customer management and other business functions.
- Customers and research partners in connection with an engagement, including through aggregated, modeled or deidentified research outputs, and as otherwise specified in the relevant agreement.
- Professional advisers, including lawyers, auditors, insurers and financial advisers.
- Government authorities, regulators, law enforcement or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security.
- A buyer, investor or successor in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets or similar corporate transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
- Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
7. Sale and targeted advertising
As of the date of this Policy, Sayge does not sell personal information for money and does not process website visitor personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
If our practices change in a way that gives rise to an opt-out right under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide the required choice before beginning that processing.
8. Data retention
We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, meet contractual commitments, maintain research integrity, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the relationship, applicable contracts and legal requirements. We may retain aggregated or deidentified information where permitted by law.
9. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. These safeguards are appropriate to the nature of the information and may include access controls, logging and encryption in transit and at rest. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your privacy rights and choices
